Relationships Can Be Hard, But You Shouldn't Need a Degree to Have a Happy Partnership.

Couples therapy is where you & your boo can fill in the gaps, have meaningful conversations, and explore your #relationshipgoals together

Whether it’s having conversations you usually avoid, or tackling tough relationship topics, couples therapy is a place to make relationship growth happen. Whether you’re dating, engaged, married, or just figuring things out—I’m your gal. Most of my clients are dating and cohabiting, but everyone’s welcome here. No relationship status required.

Relationships are like a home; they need regular upkeep, and sometimes they need renovations.

Stop me if this sounds familiar...

No one's born with relationship skills, and the guidance we get growing up can be... a few tools short. I get it.

Couples therapy is a space to strengthen communication, navigate conflict, understand attachment, and reignite intimacy. Let’s get curious…

Do you and your partner feel seen and heard by each other?
How do you handle disagreements—do they fizzle or flare?
Have you talked about the big stuff (money, sex, kids, career stress, boundaries)?
Do you feel connected, or has life gotten in the way?
Who usually apologizes first after an argument, and how?
What relationship patterns did you pick up from your caregivers?

These are just a few of the questions we can explore together.

Common Topics

Couples therapy conversations often dive into communication issues, conflict resolution, the quirks of living together, apologies and repairs (the real kind, not the ‘sorry you feel that way’ kind), perpetual problems, intimacy roadblocks, and rebuilding trust.

Couples Therapy

My goal as your couples therapist is to help you bring back your relationship spark, so gratitude and laughter show up more often than eye rolls. We’ll work on building skills for healthier communication, resolving conflicts faster (because life’s too short for marathon arguments), deepening emotional closeness, and becoming each other’s biggest cheerleaders.

Couples Workshops

Up to the task of relationship bootcamp? (It’s actually not that hardcore!) I’m specially trained to host the Gottman Seven Principles for Couples workshop. Think of it as a relationship refresh with research-backed tools with plenty of ‘aha’ moments baked in.
