My holistic approach to mental wellness combines relationship, attachment, mindfulness, and elements of cognitive behavioural therapy. My approach is focused on increasing self-awareness and creating new relationship and behaviour patterns. We can also explore dreams and early memories in a no-nonsense way that's down-to-earth.

Couples in therapy can safely explore their relationship in a safe and supportive environment based on mutual respect, trust, and collaboration.
My approach to counselling relies on holding space for the natural process that change may take. I see you as the expert of your life and can help to highlight and build on your strengths, guiding you on your path to change.

I hold a professional license as Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (#15428). I am a certified Gottman Leader for The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work Couples Workshop and I have completed Level 1 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
