In my early 20s, anxiety began taking over my life. I was high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed inside. Counselling helped me understand myself in a way I never had before. It gave me tools, insight, and relief that I couldn’t access on my own.
I became a therapist to help people like me and like you—deep thinkers, sensitive high-achievers, people who care deeply and feel deeply—to finally find peace in their minds, bodies, and relationships. Because we need connection to thrive.
I get what it’s like to feel anxious, to carry the emotional load, and to keep striving for balance. You keep climbing the ladder but when you pause you wonder “why does this still feel hollow?” And I know that healing is possible with the right support and the right approach.
